Small business loans from $50,000 to $250,000. Loan terms typically as long as 7 years. Interest rates typically below market rate and origination fee of 1.5%.

We fund all types of businesses including software, service businesses, manufacturing, and even restaurants. The only types of businesses we don’t fund are real estate or financing businesses. What We Look For
We fund businesses that have some history of sales and can show their ability to repay a loan from operational cash flow. We don’t fund companies that are pre-revenue or losing a lot of money. We will take a look at most any business with a strong management team that has the ability to be successful in a good market. Our borrowers include a broad spectrum of manufacturing, service businesses, and technology. We have funded everything from sunglasses, organic foods, to web filtering.
