We provide loans from $50,000 to $250,000 that fit the needs of entrepreneurs including loans to “near-bankable” businesses. Our loan criteria are focused on cash flow and not collateral. Interest rates range from 6% to 10% and the term of the loan typically ranges from 3 to 7 years. We can do loans that others can’t because of our experience, the time we take to analyze applications and our commitment to our economic development mission. All we need to get started on your loan is a call or an email from you. We will give you a quick answer to let you know if you should apply. We will even help get your application done if you need help. Once we get your completed application we will start on it as soon as possible and try to get it done in weeks, not months.
